Senior Retention Strategist at Hayes

Information About The Role

• This role will be a full time contract position, starting with a 1-month trial period.

You will be responsible for:

• Owning retention, email, and SMS marketing strategy and the full campaign calendar for every client in your pod.
• Leading audience segmentation, list health, and deliverability.
• Leading the client calls and nurturing the client relationships.
• Reporting (the data is pulled for you, you write the story that turns data into what it means for the client and what decisions need to be made next).
• Technical buildouts in Klaviyo.
• Improving operations for your own role and the rest of the team. You’ll be working inside our existing project management system. You’ll be expected to use Claude and other AI/automation tools to build new systems and improve current ones.
