Privacy policy

This policy explains what hayesmedia.co collects, why, and who else sees it. The site is operated by Hayes FZCO, trading as Hayes Media.

What we collect

Analytics and advertising cookies. If you accept cookies, we set advertising and measurement cookies that record which pages you visited, where you arrived from, and whether you went on to book a call. These do not load until you accept, and you can decline them.

Booking details. When you book a discovery call, you give us your name, email address, and whatever you tell us about your business in the booking questions.

Email. If you email us, we keep the message and your contact details so we can reply and keep track of the conversation.

Standard server data. Our host records the usual request information, such as IP address, browser type, and the pages requested. This happens for every visitor as part of delivering the site.

Why we collect it

  • To reply to enquiries and run booked discovery calls.
  • To measure how our advertising and content perform, so we know what is worth doing more of.
  • To keep the site running, secure, and free of abuse.
  • To follow up about our services with people who contacted us or booked a call.

We do not sell your personal information, and we do not share it with anyone beyond the providers listed below.

Who else is involved

We use a small set of service providers to run the site and our marketing. Each has its own privacy policy governing what it does with the data it receives.

Meta (Facebook and Instagram)

We run the Meta Pixel to measure how our ads perform. It only loads its tracking once you accept cookies on this site. If you accept, Meta may receive your IP address, browser details, and the pages you viewed here.

Ad attribution tracker

We use a third-party conversion tracking script to attribute booked calls back to the ad or channel that produced them. It records page views and form or booking events on this site.

Calendly

Our discovery calls are booked through Calendly, embedded on this site. When you book, Calendly collects the details you enter (typically name, email, and your answers to the booking questions) and shares them with us.

Google Workspace

Our email runs on Google Workspace. Anything you email us, and the contact details attached to it, is stored there.

Vercel

This site is hosted on Vercel. Like any web host, Vercel processes standard server request data, including IP addresses, as part of serving pages to you.

Wistia

Some pages embed videos hosted by Wistia. Playing a video lets Wistia record playback data such as how much of the video was watched.

Your choices

Cookies. The banner on your first visit lets you accept or decline analytics and advertising cookies. Decline and the tracking stays off. To change your mind later, clear this site’s cookies and site data in your browser and the banner will appear again on your next visit.

Your information. Email jordan@hayesmedia.co to ask what we hold about you, to have it corrected, or to have it deleted. Tell us what you want and we will handle it.

Marketing email. Every marketing email we send has an unsubscribe link, and you can also reply asking to be removed.

Keeping and securing data

We keep enquiry and client information for as long as we need it to work together and to keep our own business records, then delete it. It is stored in the providers listed above, which means it may be processed on servers outside your country. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, but we limit access to the people who need it.

Children

This site is aimed at businesses. It is not intended for children, and we do not knowingly collect information from them.

Changes and contact

If we change how we handle information, we will update this page. Questions about anything here go to jordan@hayesmedia.co.
