Founded in 2019, Remi is a Las Vegas-based direct-to-consumer company specializing in custom dental products and oral care accessories. They offer high-quality, affordable custom night guards and teeth whitening kits, delivered directly to customers' doors. Remi emphasizes comfort, convenience, and affordability, aiming to make dental care accessible without the need for dental visits. Their products are designed in collaboration with medical advisors and dentists.

Challenge

Remi had recently launched their business and wanted to increase the pace of their new customer acquisition growth. After working with multiple agencies that failed to deliver on acquiring new customers efficiently, Remi hired Hayes to work on their marketing.

The goal was to establish a consistent way to acquire customers at an efficient acquisition cost, so that ad spend could be scaled without sacrificing margin. After this came the need to retain existing customers and convert more one-time customers into subscription customers to increase LTV.

Solution

Hayes audited Remi’s funnel and identified the main areas of improvement for new customer acquisition. The team at Hayes implemented a multi-faceted strategy that involved producing high-quality conversion-optimized ad creative, revamping product pages with A/B testing, building landing pages to increase conversion rate, and simplifying the media buying strategy on Meta.

On the retention marketing side, Hayes built and optimized new email flows to increase new customer conversion rates, established a consistent campaign strategy to specific audience segments, improved deliverability, and even rolled out direct mail campaigns to convert one-time customers into subscription customers.

The efforts on both customer acquisition and customer retention turned what was an unprofitable CAC to a profitable CAC for new customer acquisition, and led to tremendous revenue and LTV growth.
